Ruby coloured. Intense aroma of ripe fruit with hints of spices. With volume, well balanced tannins, hardly noticeable by the acid freshness of the wine.
Manual harvesting of grapes in 22 kg boxes, subject to strict pre-selection at the entrance of the winery. Afterwards, crushed and trampled in a mill. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats.
