Vinification: Transport in 20 Kg crates, destemming with crushing, pre-fermentation maceration for 24 hours, followed by inoculation and fermentation in stainless steel tanks below 24ºC.
Aging: Aging in French oak barrels where it remains for 8 months.
Pairs well with grilled and stewed red meat dishes, as well as aged cheeses.
