Intense ruby colour. The aroma is complex with floral aromas mixed with red and wild berries, notes of spices (nutmeg and clove). It reveals hints of rock-rose and menthol, which give it freshness. In the mouth it has a balanced acidity, fine and silky tannins. The finish is long and persistent.
After destemming and gentle crushing, the grapes ferment in
stainless steel vats for 9 days with daily delestage. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine ages in second and third year French oak barrels.
