Quinta do Crasto
Vinification: Grapes from the best Touriga Nacional plots at Quinta do Crasto were transported in 22kg crates and subjected to rigorous sorting upon entering the cellar. After total destemming and slight crushing, the must was transferred to temperature-controlled stainless steel fermentation tanks. At the end of alcoholic fermentation, a gentle pressing was carried out.
The Quinta do Crasto Touriga Nacional aged in French oak barrels for 18 months.
