Very perfumed, with sweet and attractive ripe fruit foot, greedy and full in the mouth, with well measured tannins. Final aroma with sweet spices, becoming an appealing and attractive wine.
The wines ferment at controlled temperatures (25ºC) in order to preserve all the elegance. Malolactic fermentation took place in wooden vats and ageing in French oak barrels for 15 months.
