Quinta de Arcossó
Quinta de Arcossó Reserva red wine was born in Arcossó – Vidago – Ribeira de Oura sub-region, on a 10.5 ha plot, part of a 12 ha group of new vines (planted in 2003), on a broad, medium-altitude slope (375 metres), exposed to the south, with a gradient of around 20%. The soil is granite.
The grapes were vinified in a press with foot treading. The wine aged for 12 months in new and used French oak barrels. After bottling, it remains in the cellar for 6 months.
Open and decant the bottle some time beforehand.
Try it with a Mirandesa steak, feijoada, roast chorizo and other sausages or even mature cheese from the Trás-os-Montes region.
