O Produtor, tasting note published in August 18th 2023
Nose: Extraordinary freshness, very fruity and expressive, this red wine is full of red and black fruits such as blackberry, currant, spices, and toasty notes, resulting from its aging in barrels. With time in the glass, it shows a lot of class in a very fine and delicate aroma.
Palate: Elegant, evolving into an intense wine with excellent volume and a lot of personality. Well-integrated woody notes with fresh tarragon and wild fruit aromas evolve into a wine with excellent volume and a solid structure where you'll find finely textured tannins very well integrated with a long, light, and precise finish.
The wine ferments initially in a vat, then goes to the barrel, where fermentation finishes. The process is completed with racking and aging in French oak barrels for 15 to 19 months.
