Structured wine with freshness and concentrated colour, aromas where red fruit stands out and some toasted notes.
Fermented in granite presses with foot treading. 6 months training in second year French and American oak barrels. Natural stabilization and a slight filtration in order to maintain its full potential.

Quinta da Fata is located in the Dão wine region. The slight slope to the south gives it a sunny exposure that benefits the wine and makes it particularly pleasant. Besides the vineyard, the quinta has gardens, wide lawns and wooded areas. Among the many trees, an imposing centenary linden stands out. Both the lime and the tower with the old water tank are clearly visible and allow the farm to be easily identified from a distance.
