Vinification: Manual harvest with choice of bunches in the vineyard and reception in boxes of 20 kg, which were then transported to the cold room to cool and then dethraised and crushed in winepress with the traditional step on foot. Alcoholic fermentation occurred spontaneously and in a controlled manner. The malolactic fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks and the stage in barrels used for 8 months.
