Immortelle wines are a remarkable journey through time. In a world where winemaking has become so industrialized, these wines dare to honor the past. Handcrafted by Master of Wine Liam Steevenson and oenologist Pierrick Harang, using only ancient techniques, they stand as a testament to the passion and dedication of those who came before us.

With every sip, we are transported to the untamed heart of Roussillon, where the Bousquet family has been cultivating their vineyards for seven generations. Their vines yield uniquely transcendent wines, a true tribute to the grower’s devotion to the land.

Winemaking: Traditional long maceration for 3 to 4 weeks, mainly in concrete tanks, aged in tanks, no oak.

The majority of this wine list is made up of wines that we produce, together with a handful of wineries that we represent in the international market, wineries that we believe to be exceptional and whose stories we are very proud to tell.
