Notes of black fruit jam, some bergamot jam, tobacco leaf and spice. Massive in the mouth, it has deep balance and a long and pleasant finish.
This is certainly one of the most famous Portuguese red grape varieties. The hot climate of Vidigueira conditions its development and motivates some variability from harvest to harvest. This is always the best oenological expression of Touriga Nacionalin Vidigueira in the best years. It ferments in stainless steel vats and later matures in French oak barrels.

Paulo Laureano is one of Portugal’s most renowned winemakers and a reference in the Alentejo.
