This white wine is a greenish-golden almost yellowish colour in the glass and exposes accessible aromas of pear and lime. It has a combination of smells of the 'outside': fresh air, daisies, honeycomb, wet grass. Those aromatic pleasures are compressed and frozen on the palate, which reflects similar flavours in a leaner way, with crystalline citrus, honey, acidity and a chalky mineral finish.
