Ageing in new French oak barrels is very present on the palate. A captivating wine with some complexity where red and black fruits are evident. Soft wine in the mouth, with structure, good acidity and long finish.
Manual harvest in 20 kg boxes. Destemmed, crushed and macerated pre-fermentatively for 48 hours, followed by alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperature at 24ºC. Aged in new French oak barrels where it remains for 18 months.
Contains sulphites.
