Medium intensity ruby colour. Aroma of dried leaves, red fruits, vanilla and smoke. Dry with high acidity, medium alcohol, body and harsh tannins, with a long and firm finish.
The grapes were destemmed and underwent pre-fermentative maceration for 48 hours. They were then fermented in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature. Fermentation finished in 600 litre barrels in which it remained for around 16 months.
