O Produtor, tasting note published in June 7th 2023

Pacheca Tinto is a youthful ruby-colored red wine. On the nose, it offers fruity and elegant aromas. On the palate, it is well-balanced, with acidity providing some freshness, polished tannins that give it structure, and a long, persistent finish.

Pacheca

It was made in granite presses and aged for 3 months in French oak barrels, with the grape varieties Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Francesa and Tinta Barroca. The technical responsibility lies with the oenologist Maria Serpa Pimentel, who for some time now has been renewing the profile of the house wines, without neglecting the classic image of Quinta da Pacheca.
