Intense ruby color. Robust and complex in character, with spices like pepper and nutmeg standing out on the nose, along with slight notes of coconut and compote. On the palate, it is voluminous, with a slight hint of forest fruits and reveals soft, round tannins. Long and refined finish.
Vinification: Total destemming, crushing, and fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels.
Ideal when paired with chanfana, grilled noble meats, and game meats.

Positive Wine
Positive Wine manages two wineries in the Bairrada region: “Adega Original” and “Adega Quatro Cravos”.
The vineyards are planted in different types of soils, comprising clay, clay and limestone marl and sandy of varied grain with a greater or lesser presence of clay.
The characteristics of the soils in the regions where the wineries are located give rise to differentiated wines, with balance and aromatic sophistication in the interior and lightness and vigour in coastal areas.
