Deep dense red colour. Nose of great elegance and complexity with notes of black fruit, integrated wood and spices. In the tasting it reveals the same profile of elegance with a structure of elegant tannins, long and chewy. Chocolate and mineral earthy notes, integrated with oak notes and floral finish.
Fermentation of each grape variety separately in stainless steel vats and lagares with higher extraction. Pre-fermentative maceration at low temperatures for 2 days. 40% of the lot aged in used French oak barrels.
