These wines clearly reflect the special selection made each year from small batches of each variety to create a unique blend that achieves the ideal balance between fruit, concentration, and acidity.
Aged in wood, these wines are the perfect choice for the table, pairing well with starters, simple dishes, or more elaborate meals.
Winemaking: The grapes are hand-harvested and kept chilled until vinification. Specific zoning of each variety’s areas is conducted, focusing on those that, during berry tasting, revealed greater varietal aromatic intensity. Pre-fermentation cold maceration at low temperatures for 2 days, followed by individual fermentation of the varieties in small-volume tanks. 20% of the blend ages in French oak barrels.
