Colour | Intense ruby
Aroma | On the nose, we are before a very aromatic wine
with a high presence of fresh red fruits
Flavour | In the mouth, it reveals itself as a captivating wine, confirming the fruit found in the aroma, good balance between fruit, acidity and tannins
Final de prova | In the tasting, it reveals itself as an intense wine, fresh constituted by fine and round tannins making the set quite consensual
Harmonization | Developed for the specialists of a good barbecue, it is the ideal wine to accompany grilled red or white meats, spicy dishes
Vinification | Separate harvest of each grape variety, destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperatures (22 to 25ºC), pressing followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. With 40% oak aged wine added to the final blend to give a little more structure. After bottling it was aged for at least 3 months in the bottle.
