Garnet colour defined. In the aroma, ripe red pulp fruits and jam predominate. It presents toasted nuances and mocha. Fruity flavour, smooth and elegant. In the mouth it reveals great volume and a long finish.

Founded in 1954 by a group of 100 winegrowers, Adega de Cantanhede today has 500 active winegrowers and an annual production of 6 to 7 million kilos of grapes. It is the main producer in the Bairrada Demarcated Region, representing about 40% of the region’s overall production. Today it certifies around 80% of its production, being the leader in sales of Bairrada DOC and Beira Atlântico IGP wines.
