Excellent aromatic concentration. Intense fruit, aromas of blackberries, cassis and jam. Soft tannins. Good balance between fruit, acidity and tannins.
The grapes are destemmed, crushed and cooled. After a pre-fermentative maceration, part of the grapes are fermented in marble lagares and the rest in stainless steel vats with temperature control.
