Concentrated ruby colour, the aroma is intense, where black cherries prevail. In the mouth the attack is strong, filling well the middle of tasting, ending with much depth and aroma
to dried figs.
Manual harvest with choice in the vineyard in boxes of 18 kg. Selection in table of choice. Vat filling by gravity, fermentations at controlled temperatures. Ageing in used barrels of
French oak.
