Garnet colour, intense and well defined aromas, with notes of bergamot, mint and dark chocolate, some toasted nuances of aged wood. Impressive mouth, with fresh acidity and ripe tannins, but with long evolutionary capacity in the bottle.
Vinified in wooden vats with post fermentative maceration, aged for about 21 months in new French and American oak barrels (30%).
