A wine from the Baga variety grown on clay-limestone soil in a place called Panasqueira, on a south-facing slope, where at the end of August a 70% precision harvest was carried out for the production of the Espumante Baga. The second harvest (for this wine) was carried out at the end of September, which gave the wine an unusual concentration when compared with other wines from the same grape variety.
