Aroma with red fruit jam, resin, dried grass and smoky tones. Body with quiet attitude, centre with creamy texture, medium/high body, good amplitude, slightly rough periphery, performance without exaggeration and without mistakes, no details that could impress. Very good acidity and tannins, long finish
Wine produced exclusively from the Baga variety with weeding in green at the beginning of August. Vinified for 2 weeks in stainless steel vats under temperature control. Aged in Allier oak barrels for 12 months.
