This wine has aromas that remember violets, berries' notes, especially raspberries, and also smoked notes.
Produced with Baga (60%) and Touriga Nacional(40%), this wine is vinified in order to highlight the primary aromas and chocolate character of Baga subject to a first harvest at the end of August. It fermented for 3 days in stainless steel vats, at controlled temperature.
Contains sulphites.
