Harvest
The grapes are selected in the vineyards and harvested by hand during the second week of September in a dry climate. Production of 30 hl/ha VINIFICATION
Total destemming and crushing followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in Lagares vats with long macerations. Aged for 20 months in French, American and Portuguese oak barrels, then bottled.
