Kopke Doc Red presents aromas of red and wild berries with notes of cocoa and spices. In the mouth it is balanced, full-bodied with fine tannins well involved by the fruit and also reveals a persistent and harmonious finish.
Grapes from vineyards of the Sub – Cima – Corgo Region located between 200m and 350m. Total destemming and crushing, fermentation took place in stainless steel vats. 50% of the lot was aged in new French oak and caucaso. 50% of the lot was aged in second year barrels.
