Kompassus Private Collection red wine is born in Bairrada, with a temperate Mediterranean climate influenced by the Atlantic and on clay-limestone soil.
Manual harvest with perforated 15Kg boxes.
Vinification and Aging: Harvesting of Baga from 90-year-old vines. Fermentation in open stainless steel lagar with controlled temperature, followed by aging in new and used 400L French oak barrels for 18 months.
