O Produtor, tasting note published in May 23rd 2019
This wine is the result of the union of three of the main grape varieties of the Dão Region, Tinta Roriz, Alfrocheiro and Jaen. It has an intense red colour and a very present aroma of forest fruit and bergamot. In the mouth it is full-bodied, without losing its elegance. Its finish is long and complex.
Classic vinification. Crushing with total destemming. Fermentation in granite presses with foot treading, with controlled temperature up to 26ºC and with pelicular maceration for 7 days. Malolactic fermentation after alcoholic fermentation. Ageing in stainless steel vats.
