With a deep and concentrated ruby colour, Herdade dos Grous Moon Harvest presents a complex aroma of black fruit and well integrated wood notes. Mature and silky tannins this wine is round and rich in flavour.

Produced in the far south of the Alentejo where the climate is warmer and the water less present, Herdade dos Grous Moon Harvested has come to affirm that these wines, although less glutinous, can be equally fresh and serious.
Produced exclusively from the Alicante Bouschet grape variety, this wine was aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels. Manual harvesting during the cycle of greatest influence by the moon on the transport of the vine sap. Manual selection at the reception of the grapes, fermentation in lagares with intense maceration.
It accompanies game, sausages, cheeses and red meats.
