Ruby colour with violet reflections. Complex aroma of ripe red fruits, white flowers and spices well integrated with vanilla notes.
Palate: Round, rich and voluminous. Balanced acidity and fine tannins. Long and complex finish.
Mechanical harvesting during the night. Total destemming. Pre-fermentative cold maceration for 48 hours. Fermentation under controlled temperature (22-28ºC) in stainless steel vats. Post-fermentative maceration for 5 to 10 days. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats with French oak staves.

Casa Relvas
Casa Relvas was born out of the desire to continue the history of a family connected to the earth over five generations on two continents. This family project was started in 1997 in São Miguel de Machede, in Redondo, by Alexandre Relvas, who saw the vast horizons of his roots in Africa at the São Miguel Estate. His passion for the Alentejo and respect for its unique and genuine nature led to the first step being the typical foresting of the montado. But it was in the vineyard, a culture with over 2000 years of history in the region, that we discovered our vocation.
