Our vines feel the vibrant sun of Serra d’Ossa among the cork oaks of Herdade da Candeeira, weaving a lace mantle of light that beautifies and refreshes them.
Vinification and aging: Night harvest, followed by fermentation in a temperature-controlled stainless steel lagar, followed by a 20-month aging process in porous clay “Tinajas.
