Dark ruby colour. Da Batiè Nebbiolo Red Wine has ripe warm vintage tones, which are well balanced by its characteristic flavour.
The sandy soil of the Roero area from which it comes characterizes and distinguishes it from most other Langhe Nebbiolo. Gianni Gagliardo Da Batié Nebbiolo wine is indeed a particularly smooth and flavorful expression of the Nebbiolo grape.
Aging: Several months in stainless steel before bottling.

We take care of our vines one by one, because each one is different from the others. We make mass selections from the oldest and most interesting plants in order to preserve the original genetic imprints. We seek balance in the individual plant, which then becomes the balance of the entire vineyard, and then of the wine we produce.
