Flor do Tua Reserva Tinto is a tribute to the region of Trás-os-Montes, expressing a Transmontano character: strength, attitude and elegance at the same time. It is a wine with a ruby colour and a high aromatic richness, in which red and forest fruits, some mint and tobacco leaf notes stand out. In the mouth it reveals fine and well-integrated tannins, well-matched with the ageing wood and an unctuous and persistent finish. Flor Tua Reserva Tinto is elegant, fresh and with a medium/long finish.
The grapes are transported in crates of 20 kg, destemmed with crushing, pre-fermentative maceration for 24 hours, inoculation followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats under 24ºC until the sugars are exhausted.
The ageing of the wine Flor tua Reserva Red is done in French oak barrels where it stays for 8 months.
