Flor do Tua is a tribute to the Trás-os-Montes region, expressing a Trás-os-Montes character: strength, attitude and elegance at the same time. Thus a wine of high aromatic richness is born, in which red and forest fruits stand out. In the mouth it is elegant, fresh and with a medium/long finish.
For the production of Flor do tua Colheita Tinto the grapes were destemmed entirely with crushing, pre-fermentative maceration at 32ºC for 24 hours, inoculation followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats under 24ºC until the sugars were exhausted.
Contains sulphites.
