Flor do Tua
For the production of Flor do tua Colheita Tinto the grapes were destemmed entirely with crushing, pre-fermentative maceration at 32ºC for 24 hours, inoculation followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats under 24ºC until the sugars were exhausted.
