Colour | Intense ruby
Aroma | On the nose, this is a very aromatic wine with a high presence of floral aromas and fresh red fruits - raspberries
Flavour | In the mouth it shows great elegance, the tannins are soft but well present
Final de prova | In the tasting it reveals itself as an intense wine, fresh constituted by fine and round tannins making the set quite consensual
Harmonization | Accompanies with samba, and a table full of friends, designed to accompany a good feijoada
Vinification | Separate harvest of each grape variety, destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperatures, pressing followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. With 30% oak aged wine added to the final blend to give a little more structure. After bottling it was aged for at least 3 months in the bottle.
