Deep Ruby colour. Intense aroma of black fruits, spices and vanilla. Very closed body, with notes of blackberries and plums involved by a slight toast. Excellent acidity and vivacity, with tannins well present and integrated, long and intense finish.
For this great wine Entre Vinhas Grande Reserva, the grapes were carefully chosen, with total fermentation and destemming. Fermentation in stainless steel vats for 3 weeks at 25°C in order to preserve the characteristics of the grape varieties. Ageing in 225 litres French oak barrels for 12 months. Bottling in March 2020, in a total of 2.150 bottles.
