Vinification
Thanks to precision viticulture, we have selected the best grapes of the year from the Touriga Nacionalvariety (100%). These grapes come from high-altitude vineyards that naturally produce small quantities but with high concentration. Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months and in bottle for 10 months before being released for sale.
