Intense red colour, floral, fruity and minty aromas characteristic of the grape varieties. Well-balanced taste, with a good relationship between the retronasal aromas present.
Vinification
Total destemming, prolonged tanning with temperature control between 26°C – 28°C. Followed by a long maceration. The wine is aged in first year French oak barrels for 12 months. Bottled at controlled temperatures for 10 months before being released.
