The premium offering of the EA range. First produced in 2005.
Vinification: Produced from grapes grown in the vineyards of Fundação Eugénio de Almeida. When they reach optimal ripeness, the grapes are harvested and transported to the winery, where the process begins with full destemming and gentle crushing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24-27ºC. After fermentation, the wine ages in wood for 6 months. It is then blended, filtered, and bottled.
