Vinification produced from plantation grapes in the vineyards of Fundação Eugénio de Almeida. When the grapes reach the ideal ripening state, they are harvested and transported to the winery, where the technological process begins with total destemming and slight crushing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 24-27ºC. After fermentation, part of the lot ages in French and American oak barrels. After ageing, filtering, blending, final filtration and bottling take place.
