Introducing our exclusive organic wines from the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation. In 2015, this renowned foundation embarked on a journey to protect natural resources and embrace sustainable wine-growing practices by creating its first organic wine. Crafted from Alicante Bouschet and Syrah grape varieties cultivated in their organic vineyards, this wine represents a commitment to environmental stewardship and quality. Additionally, our Vinho Regional Alentejano boasts Aragonês and Trincadeira grape varieties, grown in the foundation’s vineyards with a granitic soil type. The meticulous winemaking process, overseen by renowned oenologists Pedro Baptista and Duarte Lopes, involves fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats, followed by eight months of aging in French oak barrels. Experience the essence of sustainability and tradition in each bottle from the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation.
