Cor ruby. Violet notes, pepper and spice. Ripe and well integrated fruit. Good presence in the mouth, with fruit notes reappearing. Finishes with elegance.
Vinification: Manual harvest for 18kg boxes. Total destemming. Pre-fermentative maceration for 2 days. Fermentation at controlled temperature for 15 days. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
