Beautiful, intense Ruby color. The aromatic profile of the wine is elegant, with mineral notes in harmony with balsamic, floral and fresh red fruit touches. In the mouth it is light and fine, with soft but persistent tannins. The good acidity of the set makes it easy to drink and enjoy.
The wine in search of dialogues, illustrated by Luís Afonso. A wine made for the pleasure of good food, seeking harmony and balance for everyday moments, not just for special occasions. Without aiming to be the best wine in the world, it is a wine you want to drink—fresh, young, and appealing— a wine with the character of the Douro that charms with its simplicity. In Diálogo, wood is used in small quantities to allow the wine to preserve the taste of the grapes.
Winemaking: After being transported to Quinta de Nápoles, the grapes were carefully destemmed and placed in a stainless steel tank where they fermented at a controlled temperature for about a week. A part of the batch is aged in French oak barrels, while the rest stays in stainless steel for about 6 months.
