The red wine Dalva Reserva is born from grapes sourced from the slopes of the Douro Rivers (Ervedosa region), Pinhão, and Varosa. The harvest was done manually.

Upon entering the winery, the grapes were completely destemmed, macerated, and fermented with temperature control. It aged for 12 months in 500-liter French oak barrels.

Dalva Reserva Red is a classic and balanced Douro wine, ideal for accompanying meals with friends and savoring the most traditional flavors of our gastronomy.

It pairs especially well with spicy cheeses, red meats, and Mediterranean cuisine in general.

Founded in 1862, its present name was defined in the first decades of the 20th century, when Mr. Clemente da Silva received the company through marriage.
