Fresh fruit, with notes of cherry and blackberry, married with barrel notes. Good acidity, which gives it great gastronomic breadth. There are no words to describe this great wine.
The grapes are transported in 20 kg boxes and sorted on a sorting table. After picking, the grapes are partially crushed and transferred to fermentation tanks. Malolactic fermentation in barrels. Ageing for 20 months in French oak barrels, 50% new.
