A juicy wine, full of fruity personality! Delicate and crisp, based on a unique blend of Jaen and Tinta Pinheira.

Vinification: Blend dominated by Jaen, about 80%, completed by Tinta Pinheira. Jaen was fermented, destemmed, in stainless steel tanks. The alcoholic fermentation did not finish on the skins to preserve fruit and delicate tannins. Tinta Pinheira fermented in lagar with about 15% whole cluster. The blend was made after the completion of the alcoholic fermentation. Malolactic fermentation occurred in stainless steel, followed by racking. It was always kept in stainless steel until a light filtration before bottling. Bottled at the end of July 2024.

The roots of No Rules Wines are deeply intertwined with Serra da Estrela and Dão. Each bottle represents pride in this special land. In every grape, one witnesses the passion for the land and for sustainable agriculture that protects the biodiversity and natural resources of the region. In every bottle, one savors the skill of our viticulturists, combined with innovative techniques, to create exceptional wines.

The limited scale of production allows for precise control of each phase of the winemaking cycle. From selecting suitable plots for planting vines to the careful harvesting of grapes, through fermentation, aging, and bottling, each step is treated with attention and dedication.

Emphasizing quality over quantity is one of the pillars of small-scale wine production. Each bottle represents the result of effort and devotion to the art of winemaking, providing wine lovers with an authentic and enriching experience.
