O Produtor, tasting note published in March 27th 2022
Open coloured red, as is typical of French wines, and with a fresh aroma, with notes of cherry and yam. A wine where elegance and freshness predominate, but with a very present flavour, in harmony. Simple, without wood or other devices and with vinification in a lagar, and very pleasant. A view of Bairadian from the French Pinot.
Classic winemaking in a wine press. Fermentation at controlled temperature up to 28ºC for 6 to 7 days. The wine is ready to drink but may be stored for over 7 years.
