O Produtor, tasting note published in May 27th 2016

Clear appearance. Opaque ruby colour with good concentration. It has some purple hues. Vinous and elegant aroma, marrying with notes of ripe fruit a good vegetable and balsamic. In the taste good structure with density, with tannins of extreme finesse presents itself elegant with a long and authentic end according to its tradition that marks the timelessness of this wine.
This intervention of the winery, minimalist, allows us to express all the plenitude of a unique terroir, and the respect for these (extraordinary) parcels of old vineyards, where the true essence of Bairrada is found.
